Workcube Account Management

Workcube has developed Account Management module for allowing the companies to control their relations with all individuals and companies (excluding the employees) easily and centrally. You can use Workcube Account Management as an information bank specific to all individual and corporate customers and suppliers.

Any company or individual with relation is entered to the system in Workcube first as a member account and the category (customer, supplier, business partner or subscriber etc.) of this member is defined later. A company may be our customer, as well as our supplier. In such a case, the account management allows to define this company both as a customer and a supplier over the entry, instead of performing two separate entries. In Workcube Account Management, it is possible to carry out the relation in different levels by creating unlimited amount of member account categories

Account management basically allows two different categories of member management: Individual Members and Corporate Members.

All members, which a relation is not established in terms of current account, can be entered as potential member. Any kind of relation and activity with the potential members, except the sales and purchase, can be carried out from the account  management. In this way, the account management module acts as a very powerful address databank.

Corporate Account Management
Workcube account management module allows you to carry out a relation with the required flexibility even with multinational companies with subsidiaries, geographical sections, different offices and departments. It allows establishing a multilevel and multilayer relation with the corporate accounts. You can organize different contact details for each layer and level. For example, while you may want to access details such as industry type, sales volume and general headquarters address of your partner or customer in company level, you may want to display the duty of the user, mobile phone number and e-mail address in personal level. Or, while you may ensure that a director directly places an order to you, you may ensure that the order placed by another employee of the same company is submitted to you after being automatically submitted to and approved by the director.

Workcube corporate account management supports all kinds of hierarchical organization structure. It allows defining unlimited amount of location for every corporate account. It allows controlling the access and authorizations of every user in accessing your Partner Portal (B2B Site) one by one.

It allows you to display and view all information related to the corporate member including the branches, employees, orders, proposals, quotas, contracts, accounting and finance information, analyses, bank accounts, credit cards and projects as a whole and also facilitates for you to provide and receive a better service.
