B2B System Management tool is a module designed for our customers, which have implemented Workcube Partner Business Portal, to control and maintain their portals by themselves as completely independently.
B2B System Management module features sub-functions such as a design tool where website frontage, menu definitions and access authorization can be designed. It is possible to perform access authorization personally or as a group for partners for every module and page. In this way, the companies using Workcube Partner Business Portal can include or exclude their business partners to/from the system at any time they want.
In the Content Management module, another module in Workcube, it is possible to enter contents which will only be published on the Partner Portal, publish these contents according to different partner groups, adding visuals and links to the contents and define relevant contents.
With B2B system management, your business partners, customers and suppliers can monitor and control their relations with you over the Partner Portal under your supervision and with the limit you have authorized them. In this way, your relation costs are reduced and you establish continuous communication.
