Workcube Campaign Management
Workcube Campaign Management Module allows you to carry out multi-channel campaigns achieving its objective, directly oriented at a target group and to follow-up the results.   

It allows designing, preparing and controlling campaigns specific to customer or customer groups in all channels such as telephone, direct mail, Web, wireless devices, email, direct sales and partner network. The module also allows the employees in marketing department to optimize segmentation strategies by using segmentation management sub module.

This module automatically coordinates whole communication performed with customers via email, web links, banner advertisements and direct mails. With campaign module, you can create campaign pages specific to the customer on the web and conduct surveys. Furthermore, you can offer successive special opportunities in order to increase the loyalty of customers and develop the mutual communication with each customer.

With the easy interface of Workcube, marketing experts can easily prepare personal e-mails and web contents with high volume. Even the one unfamiliar with HTML can easily prepare and publish forms and surveys.

Workcube Campain Manager Components

Campaign Manager: With Workcube Campaign Manager, you can design cross campaigns consisting of email, website, direct mail, fax, SMS or other tools related to your products and services. Beginning and ending dates, purpose, method, related project, target budget and target group of the campaign, and campaign team, promotions related to the campaign, actions, notes, documents and all other information are controlled from a single center. Campaign manager allows to include medias such as images, audio/video clips in to campaign content.   

List Manager: List manager in campaign module provides person-by-person follow up of deliveries made within the scope of each campaign. It allows repeating the delivery action by correcting undelivered messages. It is possible to automatically print labels from list manager. List manager also allows for limiting or widening the target group list manually. It controls email address, name and other parameters and deletes the repeating records. It allows taking special notes on each person

Target Group (Segmentation) Management: Target group management in campaign module allows you to create target groups, which are specific to your campaigns, among corporate and individual members (customers) registered to your system by defining different criterias such as gender, age, marital status, industry, number of company employees, member category, education, occupation, beginning and ending date of membership etc. It allows determination of target group segment with a single click. Number of target group segment determined and a brief explanation is instantly viewed in the form of list. The messages to be sent can be tested on determined control groups and core segment. The target group list automatically created in line with the given criteria among all members registered to the system is viewed together with member name, job, address and work information. The lists defined in target group management are chosen in the campaign and it is ensured that they are used through list manager. The target group list can be printed as label.

Survey Management: Survey management found in Workcube campaign module allows you to define periodical surveys to be published on web (Internet / Extranet / Intranet) and added to your emails. The surveys can be published for the members (customers, suppliers, business partners, etc.) in different categories or especially for employees in different departments

Templates: It controls the campaign templates containing email or direct mail. It allows you to define templates specific to campaigns or medias

Follow up campaign results: Workcube Campaign Management module keeps replies from online campaigns, clicks and order information in a shared storage and combines them with the replies from other channels. Thus marketing employees can estimate the efficiency and return of the campaign in a fast manner and make changes on campaign which they consider necessary in the light of these real-time data. It allows you to follow key statistics such as received mails, clicks, replies, return rate, etc. minute by minute.
