WorkcubeTV
WorkcubeTV is a virtual TV station which the enterprises can establish their own TV channels. The application runs two-way as ADMIN (administrator - broadcastor side) and users (audience side). A studio environment can be created by connecting more than one camera to WorkcubeTV. Furthermore, it will be sufficient that these cameras are connected to a computer located at anywhere of the world. There is no limitation related to the capacities of the bandwidths for the audience amount.
Live Broadcast
This broadcast type is a complex option allowing the users (audience) to be included to the system remotely and featuring a wide variety of options. The administrator may perform the live broadcast by using his own equipment and also may take the users directly to the live broadcast. The amount of users or equipments taken to the live broadcast cannot be more than 3. The process for the audiance to join the live broadcast is as follows: After the administrator allows the audience to send a request to join to the live broadcast, the user send a request to join the live broadcast. The submitted request is received to the screen of the administrator simultaneously and the administrator may approve or reject or put on hold. The requests approved by the administrator are included to the equipment of the administrator and can take time in the live broadcast whenever they want. The user accepted for the live broadcast, before connecting to the broadcast or during the broadcast, may chose any equipment, if there are more than one, and these changes are automatically reflected to the broadcast.
Questions and Comments
The audience may submit questions and comments during the live broadcast and these submissions are received simultaneously on the screen of the administrator. The administrator may evaluate these submissions separately or delete any of them or approve any of them for being broadcasted in Character Generator.
Character Generator (CG): With this feature, the administrator may broadcast any text as static or as marquee during the recorded broadcast or the live broadcast. It is possible to define separate subtitles during the live broadcast according to the user or equipment amount. Furthermore, the questions and comments submitted by the spectators may be placed as sequential subtitle through CG. Any approved question or comment is added to a list within CG and the items in this list are sequentially displayed during the broadcast. The administrator may reset this list at any time.
Recorded Broadcast: This is the type of broadcasting by placing the files chosen from the digital archive to a time schedule. During the recorded broadcast, the administrator may rewind, forward, pause or stop the video in question.
Digital Archive: When the administrator logs in to the system, the videos determined for TV under Workcube Digital Assets (the video files in FLV format, the new generation video format) are automatically submitted to the administrator for using and the administrator may add these files to the time schedule for being used in recorded broadcast. Adding a video to any interval of the time schedule from the digital archive performed by with drag&drop method.
Time Schedule: It may also be called as broadcast stream. The files chosen from the digital archive are placed to the time schedule and these files are sequentially broadcasted while the broadcast mode is on. While a video is on air, the administrator may pause this video and switch to another video or to live broadcast.
Background VTR: The administrator may make his choice from the Background VTR section for the dynamic or static image to be played at the background during the live broadcast. In this way, separate backgrounds may be defined for news, for presentations, briefly, for any kind of live broadcast.
