Workcube Role Planning module allows the management of all positions, position personnel, all plans and definitions of the position within the company.

Back-up and senior assignment, authority and responsibilities, adequacy definitions, forms of measurements and assessments related to the position, position cost information and all activities are controlled in the planning module.

The planning module allows displaying the personnel suitable to the competencies defined for the vacant positions within the company. Therefore, the assignments within the company are easily performed.

The history of the positions, the vacant positions within the company and the positions according to the departments are easily displayed.

Since Workcube is a role based application, a position assigned for each personnel and their access to the system and all duty and authorities are defined over this position. Since all transactions realized on Workcube, all works assigned to the personnel, duties, restrictions, authority and responsibilities are defined over the position, the sustainability of the system and works is provided even the people leaves the company. The planning module also allows automatic duty transfer from one position to another. In this regards, the HR Role Planning module is a critical module for all Workcube modules and solutions.
