| Workcube is a user-friendly software solution. Workcube allows users to design their home pages which they access the system according to their needs and preferences with powerful personalization tools. It delivers real-time and targeted content to the user. It ensures that only the information necessary for that user is viewed on user’s screen according to the job and authority.
Users are able to make a choice among various interface designs offered by Workcube. The users can use his/her own interface in requested language. (With Workcube UTF language feature, all world languages are supported.) The users can change the access name and password whenever requested.
The users can decide on their own contents that they have access authorization in Workcube such as organizer, tasks, mails, orders, proposals, etc. will be viewed on their home page. In this way, they can follow up the information summaries which they consider most important and which they use most often by creating their own agendas.
The users can instantly bring third party contents (exchange rates, news, etc.) from other portals to their home pages with Workcube Web Services.
The users in different geographies become simultaneously working with other users by time zone adjustment.
The users access the contents they want by saving the pages of the modules they use most often in Workcube as preferred menu.
Workcube also allows users to follow up any kind of personal information or information specific to positions, from advance demands to leaves, from time spending records to authority and responsibility definitions, via “Me” page. This page includes self-service functions of human resources module which can be used by all employees.
