Workcube Visit Management module allows you to create visit and route plans for your employees working in field such as sales, service & support and logistics teams and to control the sales, service, delivery and visits to your customers on a daily basis.
You can follow up the visits you have created with your Route / Visit plans from the organizer. You can add any amount of visits to your visit plans for the requested date interval.
You can forward the route plans to field teams as digital in different formats such as PDF, Excel etc. and print them out. In solutions covering Workcube PDA integration too, the field teams can easily display the daily route plans on PDA (including iPhone) screen and enter the results of sales visits (order, collection, customer request and complaints etc.), the service results and delivery details etc. instantly to the system.
