The proposals prepared in proposal module can be constituted from sections such as an introductory page, the main proposal page, price quotas, sales tools and the answers for the questions of the customer which the proposal is submitted. Unlimited amount of additional pages can be added to the proposals..
Within the proposal management, there is a product basket with parametric column details. In this way, while you add unlimited amount of product and service details to your proposals, you can independently define product and service details (quantity, unit price, serial number, producer company, VAT, discount etc.) which you want to be displayed in your proposals.
It allows preparing proposals always complying with the corporate identity by using the templates prepared previously for the proposals. Payment schedules specific to proposals can be prepared. The sales history related to the customer who the proposal is submitted can be easily accessed. The follow ups, events and documents related to proposal are centrally entered and monitored. The proposing process is simplified by copying the proposals in proposal management.
