Maintenance & Standard Support
Workcube’s Maintenance and Support department is comprised of experts with relevant training and experience to assist our customers with any technical issues. Workcube offers monthly and annual subscriptions for maintenance and support services via e-mail, phone, and on-site support depending on the nature of the issue. Various levels of support contracts exist ranging from a phone support only contract to a private technical advisor specifically assigned to a customer. Additional support services include upgrade assistance, live site monitoring, semi-annual system review and system update.
Development Support
Workcube is an open-source platform and customers opting for an Open Source License are eligible to further develop their system well after the project is completed. Workcube offers development support which includes Workcube Business Objects, ColdFusion and Java components.
Benchmarking
When requested, Workcube is able to monitor a company for certain periods of time for correct usage of Workcube in accordance with the project objectives. The process includes analysis of created reports, evaluation of data entry techniques to determine the existence of missing data, and the Workcube usage of the employees to decide whether the proper procedures are followed and valuate efficiency. Following the analysis, a report regarding the benchmark results and recommendations are presented to the customer.
