Workcube System Management and general settings module operates as the cockpit of Workcube. All general settings, parameter definitions, security application, menu and interface designs related to Workcube solution used in a company are performed from this module.
Workcube System Management module can only be used by individuals who have received advanced level “Power User” training.
The following definitions are made in System Management:
- Parameter definitions for each module (from invoice/product VAT rate to customer categories, from SMS templates to the definition of organization units)
- Company general contact details and company flow parameters
- Interface language settings (system dictionary for easy interface design in different language)
- Transaction-Process Settings (Main transaction categories, process and process groups) – Work Flow Definitions
- Accounting period definitions
- Bank definitions
- Document types, numbers and document settings definitions (slip, invoice etc.)
- Fax, printer parameters
- Barkode parameters
- XML definitions
- Output (printer) templates
- System access and security definitions (authorization groups, limitations on working pages, limitations on access to partner pages etc.)
- System interface and website design settings
- Menu settings
- Group transfer to the system for data such as product, member, accounting account plan etc.
- Periodical transfer transactions
